Who runs Dareling

Dareling is a service published in France. Contact: [contact email address, on the Dareling domain].

The service

Dareling is a game for consenting adult couples, played on the web. Part of it is free. A paid plan, Dareling Duo, opens more content and features.

Age and consent

Dareling is for adults. The Burning level, and the Spicy level in The Slow Burn, ask each person to declare they are at least 18. Either player can pass any card, and the safe word stops everything at any time. A card never obliges anyone to do anything. [Check with counsel whether this declaration is sufficient.]

Account

Dareling works without an account, using an anonymous identity tied to the browser. Without an email, changing phones can lose access to the couple. An email can be added to recover it.

Gifts

A 3-month or 1-year gift is a one-off payment with no renewal. The code can be activated once, from the app. [Set a validity period.]

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content supplied immediately, this right can be lost if the consumer expressly waives it before performance begins. [Wording and any checkbox to be validated.]

What players write

Answers and written Dares belong to their authors. They only serve the couple's game, and are neither sold nor used for advertising.

What is forbidden

Playing with a minor or a non-consenting person, using the service to harm anyone, or trying to access another couple's data.

Liability

Dareling offers a game, not medical or therapeutic advice. Everyone remains responsible for what they choose to do. [Clause for counsel to review.]

Changes, termination and governing law

[Notice period for changes or closure.] French law applies. Consumers may use a free mediator: [name and contact details].
